Job Description
candidate should fulfill the following requirements:-
1. Responsible for Developing courier and cargo Franchises or Regional Franchise ,
2. Identification and development of business in the area.
(Candidate Will work individual and with team )
3. Should be target oriented.
(Candidate Should have Business/Personal Network For appointing Franchise in all over Region)
4. Experience in making Franchise for the company will be preferred in courier and logistics.
5. Experience in any other field can also apply.
The candidate should Full Fill the following requirements:-
1. Communicating various schemes/offers to Franchise for enhancing performance
2. Expansion of the Franchise network & ensuring service-supply for all.
3. Should be able to lead the team so as to ensure that they follow the laid down rules and regulations of the company.
4. To Recruit Staff and achieve targets through them.
5. Should be able to keep the team motivated so that service quality does not get affected even during difficult times.
6. Manage all activities covering setting & monitoring targets.
7. Open for traveling with in the area.
Taking care of the channel sales of the entire zone
Handling Distributor Management
Handling Large Dealer Network
Taking Care of sales budget ,
Sales planning and Sales Forecasting
The acquisition of new customers
Development and cross selling of existing customers
Improvement of revenue quality and profitability
Recover Ad-hoc, Small, Medium, Large customers by building relationship
Manage a team of 100 t0 200 Sales Manager.
Actively manage staff on a regular basis to ensure all issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
Provide lead set and drive sales from team members.
