Required For a Heritage/Tourist project in Amritsar:
Responsible for generating business, footfalls and develop market from Corporate, School, Social Groups, Educational Institutes and through Travel Trade.
Responsible to generate revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation and closing sales. Responsible to enhance Revenues streams of Events / SOH (space on hire) SIS / branding revenue.
Build and deepen relationships with Corporate, School, Social Groups, Educational Institutes, and Travel Trade and develop a long term partnership for revisits.
Responsible to close bulk business deals from large corporate, School, Social Groups.
Responsible for market mapping, competition analysis, feasibility studies.
Assign and Track revenue target to partners.
To design and drive marketing activities to generate leads from the activities.
Preparing periodical business report on monthly, quarterly and annual basis to review expansion plans and plan accordingly for any lag.
Motivating the team and driving performance; reviewing their productivity levels are met on a monthly basis.
Generate larger revenues to achieve the sales target and ensure a repeated / long term business from brands.
Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentation and understanding account requirements.
Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
Good network with event agencies.
End to end responsibility of the accounts from acquisition to payment handling.
